John Sverkersson became king as a child after Eric X's death, supported by the church. His reign was brief and he led an expedition to Estonia in 1220. He died young in 1222 as the last king of the House of Sverker. Was elected king as a youth with church support. Led a Swedish expedition to Estonia (1220). Was the last king of the House of Sverker.
