Dyor Fall was Damel (king) of Cayor from 1647 to 1664, according to Wikipedia's list of the damels of Cayor (after John Stewart's African States and Rulers). Cayor, the Wolof kingdom between the Senegal River and the Cap-Vert peninsula, was ruled by damels of the Fall dynasty elected by a council of dignitaries.
