Marko Orlandić led the government under the new 1974 Constitution of the Socialist Republic of Montenegro. He later led the League of Communists of Montenegro (1984–86). Marko Orlandić, a former head of the republican government, led the Montenegrin party in 1984–86. Marko Orlandić held the rotating one-year presidency in 1983–1984.
